Program: Private House
Client: Tile Kiln
Phase: completed, 2006

The site sits between a grass covered reservoir and a steep viaduct that runs down to a major road to the north of London. The project explores the typology of the Terrace house within the confines of a set of very challenging site constraints. The buildings employ a straightforward masonry construction in conjunction with crisp detailing to give a distinct identity to this forgotten space within the urban fabric. The aim of the section was to create a level of spatial diversity within a more traditional typology.
