Award Shortlist Success

A number of Maccreanor Lavington’s completed projects make the grade in this year’s architecture and design awards.

At the NLA Awards, we are delighted to have Bermondsey Heights, delivered by dMFK and designed by us, shortlisted in two categories: Housing and Mixed Use,  while the Aylesbury Estate has been shortlisted in the ‘Masterplan & Neighbourhoods’ category.

There is further recognition at the AJ Awards, where Brent Cross buildings The Delamarre and Conductor House are shortlisted in the Housing category.

It’s particularly encouraging to see projects receiving recognition across a range of categories, reflecting the ambition, design quality and collaborative effort that goes into delivering these schemes.

We now wait and see how things unfold when the winners are announced, but for now, congratulations to all the Maccreanor Lavington teams and collaborators involved in these shortlisted projects.
