Our Build to Rent project in Wembley welcomes residents

Chesterfield House in Wembley, North London, a 239 home build to rent scheme for developer HUB is welcoming residents.

The completed scheme comprises two buildings of 21 and 26 storeys, connected by a seven storey building which frames a new public square at ground floor level. The square features seating, planting, and substantial paved areas to provide a thoughtfully designed and much needed new public realm in the heart of Wembley. A public walkway through the building connects the new square to future phases of development behind the High Road, reinforcing Chesterfield House as a gateway building.
