Planning approval for a third site in Old Kent Road

We have won planning approval for a new mixed-use regeneration project in London’s Old Kent Road. Southwark Council gave the go ahead for the redevelopment of an industrial food storage and distribution warehouse for client Leathams Ltd, providing 253 new homes and 38,500sq ft of B8 warehouse space.

Southwark Council said: “The mix of uses achieved is considered to be exemplary, successfully combining industrial and residential uses in a carefully considered design led approach.”
