Growing talent in our studios

09.11.2020

We have made a number of internal promotions within our London and Rotterdam studios to help strengthen the practice.

Eight architects have been promoted of which four have become new Associates including Urban Designers Andrew Kitching, based in the Netherlands and working extensively on large-scale projects across both studios and Blazej Czuba in London, who is designing many of the practice’s regeneration projects.

Architects Marta Garcia Jimenez and Ruaridh Inverarity also become Associates in the London Studio, they both have worked on significant housing regeneration projects such as Fenman House in Kings Cross and Porters Edge, Canada Water.

Tom Omerod, Owen Jowett, Robyn Powell-Jones and Emma Rutherford have been promoted to Senior Architects.

Richard Lavington commented: ‘We are happy to make these promotions in these somewhat uncertain times we are living in. Growing talent in our studios is something we know is integral to creating future leaders in the industry and we hope we are giving people the opportunity to do their jobs well as well as sharing in our success’.
