Jane MacCuish

BA (Hons), Landscape Architecture

Jane is the Head of New Business at Maccreanor Lavington supporting the senior team across the studio in business development.  Driven by a collaborative ethos and creative intelligence, this approach and her attention to detail, drives her everyday working practice.

Jane studied landscape architecture at Edinburgh College of Art, graduating in 1993, with a first-class honours degree. She has worked across all aspects of the discipline, including landscape design, landscape strategies and report writing, historic landscape research, landscape assessments and environmental statement preparation. She has previously been an Associate at Land Use Consultants and Meadowcroft Griffin Architects. Completed projects include the Eden Project in Cornwall, Coram’s Fields in Bloomsbury and multiple award-winning education projects.

Outside of practice Jane is a passionate advocate of inclusion. She has been a school governor and chair of a Camden primary school premises committee, bringing the first fully integrated autism unit to the borough and has acted as a mentor for the Accelerate Programme, an innovative collaboration between The Bartlett School of Architecture and Open City.
