Steve is a Senior Associate at Maccreanor Lavington with a wide range of experience across many sectors,  building types and workstages. He plays a pivotal role in project and team leadership within the practice.

Since joining Maccreanor Lavington, Steve has led a number of large mixed-use residential projects including Plot H of Stanhope’s Television Centre regeneration, Legacy Wharf, part of the Olympic Legacy Redevelopment Masterplan and the redevelopment of Canada Water including the delivery of Phase 1, Porters Edge comprising a new Decathlon Store and 234 Build to Rent units for a joint venture between Sellar and Notting Hill Genesis.

Steve also led Maccreanor Lavington’s successful bid for the Waltham Forest Town Hall Campus redevelopment, working collaboratively with Gort Scott to create a new campus incorporating significant Town Hall adaptation and expansion and a new residential quarter within the Town Hall site. In parallel Steve also looked at eight of the feeder sites owned by the Borough that were to be redeveloped.  Steve led the work, undertaking feasibility and viability studies to assist in the business case for the redevelopment of the campus site.

All of these projects relied on Steve’s management skills to oversee the internal teams and communicate effectively and authoritatively with the wider design team.

Steve understands the delivery of  large scale projects through the implementation of BIM and is very experienced in the process of managing and co-ordinating consultants within a 3D environment.
