Tiago Costa Jorge

Associate Director
Dip. Arch, ARB

Tiago joined Maccreanor Lavington in 2010, to run Saxon Court & Rosebery Mansions in King’s Cross, and has since worked on numerous other award winning residentially led, mixed-use developments in London. Tiago has led the project teams responsible for delivering planning approval on some of the practice’s largest projects: South Gardens, Elephant Park and Porters Edge, Canada Water. South Gardens completed in 2017 was the first phase of the Heygate Estate regeneration to be completed and has delivered 360 new homes across three residential plots. Porters Edge at Canada Water will regenerate a former “out-of-town” style retail and business park into an active and viable town centre.

In the last few years he has been working with Notting Hill Genesis on the second phase of the Aylesbury Estate regeneration where our team provides masterplanning advice and leads a group of practices preparing detailed proposals for planning.

Tiago has worked on a range of early stage proposals for the intensification of underused sites in urban contexts. Recently he has been leading the design of a large mixed-use town centre site in the Old Kent Road Opportunity Area. Previously he worked on proposals for the Southwark Bus Garage Sites and other large scale co-location projects.

Tiago has been integral to establishing the use of BIM across all projects within the office. He has expertise in the use of BIM from project inception and in the analytical use of information modelling to help clients make early decisions with confidence.
