High Density Living

London Borough of Tower Hamlets has just launched its draft High Density Living Supplementary Planning Document. We are delighted to have several of our projects included as exemplars. This Supplementary Planning Document [SPD] sets out detailed guidance on the implementation of policies in the Tower Hamlets Local Plan 2031. It seeks to support the plan to ensure that new homes and neighbourhoods are designed to provide a high quality of life for existing and future residents in the borough’s high density environments.
