Part L – Our response to the government’s Future Homes 2020

We responded to the government’s Future Homes 2020 consultation. Based on the research of London Energy Transformation Initiative (LETI), we advocate for: improved fabric performance requirements; retaining local authorities ability to require standard beyond current Building Regulations; and use of metered energy metrics to measure efficiency.
