Ruaridh Inverarity

Ruaridh is an Associate at Maccreanor Lavington having joined the practice in 2012. He is a graduate of Glasgow School of Art.
He has worked on some of the practice’s most significant larger scale projects, most recently leading the internal team that delivered planning permission at Silvertown Quays for Lendlease. He co-ordinated the planning application for the Leathams site redevelopment on the Old Kent Road, for an innovative mixed-use scheme. He helped to deliver the award-winning scheme Porter’s Edge at Water Yards, in Canada Water. Ruaridh has worked on Television Centre Plot H, part of a wider masterplan for the former BBC Television Centre developing the affordable housing elements and retail space; and South Gardens the first phase of the regeneration of the former Heygate Estate and a multi-award-winning scheme, that includes an accredited Passivhaus Terrace. He is currently leading the practice’s work at Canada Water for British Land. Ruaridh undertakes the role of BIM project lead on the schemes he is developing and is and is an accomplished team lead used to co-ordinating Maccreanor Lavington’s internal team and wider external design teams.
