Earls Court
A new vision for Earls Court
Earls Court Development Company (ECDC) has revealed the proposed redevelopment of the former west London exhibition centre, Earls Court, delivering 4,000 new homes, retail, dining, and leisure over the 40-acre site.
The masterplan sits on either side of the borough of Hammersmith & Chelsea and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, and we are bringing forward the two buildings on the Kensington and Chelsea side. The two new residential buildings collectively provide 310 new private and affordable homes in two separate blocks that stand 27 and 20 storeys tall, with sweeping balconies and expansive views across the city.

High Quality New Homes
Our designs reflect the unique position of the two buildings, benefiting from a quiet and familiar residential street to the north and a vibrant exhibition garden to the south. Homes will enjoy generous and characterful balconies with long views over London, whilst sunny south-facing restaurants, community spaces and play within the landscape will bring an active and engaging edge to Table Park for the enjoyment of all.
The Team
Hawkins Brown and Studio Egret West are the masterplanners for the new Earls Court.
We are collaborating with Haworth Tomkins to deliver the first phase of homes in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea as well as a significant cultural offer at the heart of the site. SLA is leading on the landscape for the project and ACME is working on a signature commercial building on the Warwick Road.
Architects Sheppard Robson, Serie Architects and dRMM will be delivering the first homes on the Hammersmith & Fulham side of the site.
